Natali Bhalchandra Abhyankar is a bookseller, moderator, performer, educational consultant, author and musician who currently resides in Hamburg. She has been part of self-organized community- and cultural events for decades. All of her actions are focused on creating and sustaining structures that are empowering, relevant and future-oriented while at the same time acknowledging and learning from elders who have fought before us. Currently, she supports United Networks in resources and in quality management.

Chang Nai Wen works as a director and producer in theater, live art and film across Asia, Europe and North America. She is the founder and producing artistic director of “Sisyphos, der Flugelefant (SdF)” in Berlin, as well as initiator and co-founder of the international directors collective “World Wide Lab” as well as Germany-wide BIPoC-focused alliance “United Networks gUG”. In her roles as honorary managing director for the gUG and program curator in the context of “Verbindungen fördern” at United Networks, she practices the art of holistic collaborative leadership and compassionate transformation.

Matthias Krause-Bürger holds a degree in business administration and has been working for many years in advising, instructing, and supporting individuals in the cultural sector. He has been involved in various pilot projects, ecological associations, and initiatives for regional development in Lower Saxony and Bremen. At United Networks, he heads the finance and organizational department.

Özlem Özdemir

Özlem Özdemir has a degree in politics, sociology and philosophy and is currently writing her master’s thesis on post-migrant alliances in party political organizations. As an advisor to a member of parliament in the German Bundestag, she gained an in-depth insight into strategic political work and intertwined cooperation with interest groups, which she also helped to shape. She is expanding this expertise at United Networks by taking a closer look at cultural policy. At United Networks she works as a curator for the UN Roundtable program, focusing on politics and networking.

Yvette Robertson is an expert in the areas of Change, Transformation, and Systemic Organisation; Intersectional Ethical Cultural Competence; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Social Justice, and Allyship. She trains, coaches, consults, and manages projects for individuals, companies, educational institutions, and non-profit organisations. Since her move to Germany 24 years ago, she has assembled a wealth of knowledge and experience from her role as an educator as well as her interactions with various communities in Berlin and worldwide. She is currently consulting the UN team with her expertise in organizational and systemically transformative matters.

Trần Phương Ngân completed her legal education in Heidelberg and Berlin. Her professional experiences range from scientific research to law firms, NGOs, and federal ministries. After exploring various legal domains, she discovered her passion for anti-discrimination law. She is politically and actively involved in advocating against racial profiling and for anti-discrimination rights. Currently, she heads the project and digital office coordination department at United Networks.
Sindi Zeneli

Sindi Zeneli, a creative within Art and Culture, is both a performer and a community organizer who is based in Berlin. She actively engages in the realms of intersectional activism, closely intertwined with the fields of theater, media, and the music industry. Her work combines the visibility of life experiences within the diaspora, endowing these platforms with a distinct visual expressiveness. Presently, she is curating the UN Meet program at United Networks, focusing on community and communication.
