Our focus is on supporting marginalized BIPoC artists and cultural practitioners who experience structural racism.
We organise nationwide network meetings, workshops, presentations, produce a study, and offer creative labs in structurally weaker regions of Germany or for children and young people from socio-economically weaker families.

The UN currently comprises eight alliance partners, of which five are founding members and three are new members, within six federal states: Bavaria, Berlin, Hamburg, Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saxony-Anhalt.
Our team is a decentralized remote team, working together on the central missions of the alliance:
To promote, empower, and connect marginalized BIPoC artists and cultural workers, making their work, voices, and perspectives visible, as well as establishing fairer working conditions in the arts and culture sector.
